Payment Information
Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when APOA / TOA 2010 has received payment. Full payment for hotel reservation has to be made to Selected Hotel by October 04, 2010. Admission to the Congress is granted only if APOA / TOA 2010 has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Congress. Failure to present this on request gives APOA / TOA 2010 the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

Please indicate your name on all money transfers. The APOA / TOA 2010 Congress Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the APOA / TOA 2010 Congress Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

Payment of Hotel Reservation

A global deposit of USD 150 is requested to guarantee your room reservation. Please forward a copy of your bank transfer or enter your credit card details:

Hotel requests without payment cannot be accepted. Each participant will receive a confirmation / invoice. Final payment has to be made before arrival to the hotel.
