Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to APOA / TOA 2010 Congress.
70% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before August 31, 2010.

50% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before September 30, 2010.

NO REFUNDS will be made if cancellation is made after October 1st, 2010.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congress. Cancellation of social events will be accepted up to and including October 10th, 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after October 11, 2010 we regret that NO REFUNDS can be made.
